When users got stuck in a loop of 'Recently Viewed' content, new content discovery started to drop.

As Lead Designer, I redesigned the navigation and recommendation structure. By creating a clearer, intent-driven browsing flow, I made it effortless for users to discover new content without disrupting their reading habits.

The Problem: New content discovery was falling because users relied mostly on 'Recently Viewed'. I identified that our discovery flow and information layout needed a complete redesign.

The Solution: As Lead Designer, I drove the end-to-end strategy and rebuilt the information structure. I created a simple browsing flow that helped users find new content faster without disrupting their reading habits.

Traditional search results listed scattered details, making it frustrating for users to compare local restaurants and make quick choices.
